How it Works

Step 1 - Register

  • The RWA registers itself on the platform by filling in simple information.
  • Chooses campaigns to which it wants to register its society
  • Gives the name of the Society / RWA / Mohalla
  • Add blocks/ towers/ streets in the society and submits

Step 2 - Login

  • Go to Log-in on the right corner and login using the OTP
  • Use phone number that was used for registration.
  • You will be presented with the dashboard with the campaigns to which you have registered.

Step 3 – Add Residents/Volunteers

You will see two more icons –

  • Add USER
  • Import User List

These icons will help you add residents and Volunteers to the application. Add User  allows you to add residents and volunteers manually, one by one. Whereas, Import  user List allows you to import a list of names in one go.

Add User

Tap Add user, Go to add user on the Right Hand Corner and add residents/volunteers information here.

  • Input name
  • Mail id (Optional)
  • Mobile number
  • House no.
  • Floor

Choose a campaign to which you would like to map the user. Campaigns are pre-defined and appear in the drop down menu.  You can map a user to multiple campaigns.

  • Choose location i.e. Block/tower/street and finally
  • Choose a role  i.e. Resident or a Volunteer
  • Submit

Note: You can add a user to both – Resident and Volunteer at the same time.

Import User List

Similarly, you can add multiple users by IMPORT USER list Functionality. This helps you add residents only.

Note: If a user is to be added as a resident and also as a volunteer, he should be added through ADD USER function only.

Choose a campaign to which you would like to map the user. Campaigns are pre-defined and appear in the drop down menu.  You can map a user to multiple campaigns.

  • Choose location i.e. Block/tower/street and finally
  • Download the template by clicking on the link to Download template.
  • Fill in the information of all the residents you wish to add
  • Choose file
  • Import
  • List Imported Successfully

Once a user is added manually or the list is imported all the users will gets an SMS that says:

Dear Mr. ABS, Your RWA has mapped you to a campaign to help you in these difficult times. Please download the app from the link provided in the message.

The user needs to tap on the link in the SMS and download and install the app. Once the app is installed he has to log-in using - LOGiN USING OTP Option.

Step 4

  • Once the app is installed, the resident can open the app and choose a campaign from the the drop down menu.
  • He can mention the items he needs or give information about his health in the questionnaire that appears.
  • The moments he submits his requirements an SMS and a notification is sent to the Volunteer.
  • The volunteer can login to the dashboard and view all items. He can export a report of all the residents and do the needful.
